  • Come ride, hang out, and enjoy the good vibes! This isn’t a competition—just a fun evening of bikes, music, and BBQ with friends.

    📍 Where & When: 4 PM until dark at the Rosemont Bike Park.
    💰 Cost: Just $5 – includes entry, music, BBQ, and all the good vibes

    Riders must have an NCC membership.
    👉 Free memberships available for kids under 12 at the event
    A parent or guardian must be present to sign a waiver at check-in.

    Not riding? No problem!
    This is an awesome spectator event – bring a lawn chair or find a comfy spot on the grass and enjoy the show.

Friday - September 26th

  • Transform your bike into a rolling masterpiece and join the fun as we parade down Baker Street!

    📍 Where & When: Meet at Hall Street Plaza at 4:30 PM to decorate your bike
    🚲 Parade rolls out down Baker St at 5:30 PM

    Dress up, bring your friends, and help us celebrate our love for bikes in style!

    ✨ Free event – all ages welcome!
    No registration needed, just show up and ride!

Saturday - September 27th

  • Choose from a short or long course, play a game at each station to earn a card, and try for the best poker hand.

    🚴‍♂️ This is a ride, not a race – complete the course at your own pace. E bikes welcome!

    🕤 Where & When: Register at 9:30 AM at Morning Mountain
    🚨 Long course starts at 10 AM, kids/short course starts at 10:30 AM.
    💰 Cost: $25 per team or go solo – your call!

  • Let gravity do the work as you drop into one of Nelson’s most legendary trails – Powerslave – in this classic DH mountain bike race!

    ⚠️ Riders must pre-ride the course – we’ll let you know when it’s taped and ready to roll.

    🕛 Registration: 12 PM at the top of Powerslave or preregister now
    🏁 Race Start: 1 PM sharp
    🚗 Carpooling encouraged – limited parking at the trailhead
    📻 Bring your road radio!

  • All riders, spectators and members are welcome!

    Head to to Mike’s Place at the Hume Hotel from 4-9 pm and enjoy socialising with other riders, and $2 off poutine, nachos and jugs of beer!

    Plus we’ll have recent mtb events playing on the TV’s!

  • Here’s something for the little rippers! Kids races for ages 2-12, pedal and run bikes! Click here for the race routes and age groups! (shift up or down depending on ability!)

    💰Cost: This is a free event thanks to our sponsors. Memberships are required, kids memberships under 12 are free at the event!

    Parent/guardians must be present to sign membership waiver if not already a member.

  • A test of endurance and skill, riders will tackle multiple downhill stages with untimed uphill segments in between - best combined downhill time wins. E bikes are welcome too!

    🏆 Prizegiving will take place after the Chainless race is finished. Expected to be around 4pm.

  • This race is off the chain!! Test your speed and control in this race down RnB! Volunteers will be on site to remove your chain and deliver it to the bottom.
